Former Anchorage School District Instructional Technology Coordinator Takes the Helm as Senior Program Manager at GCI SchoolAccess

Anchorage, AK - GCI SchoolAccess today announced that Pam Lloyd, former Instructional Technology Coordinator for the Anchorage School District, has joined SchoolAccess as Senior Program Manager. In this role, Lloyd will oversee all SchoolAccess operations and will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing school customers.

"Pam's wealth of experience working as a technology coordinator within a major school district will be invaluable to SchoolAccess and our customers. Pam understands from first-hand experience what our school customers need and how to better serve them."

For the past 15 years Lloyd has been employed with the Anchorage School District. Previous to her most recent position as Instructional Technology Department Coordinator, she worked hands-on in the classroom as a school teacher and also as a middle school technology coordinator.

In addition to her extensive education technology background, Lloyd has also served in leadership positions in numerous education organizations and committees including Alaska Society for Technology in Education, the Cook Inlet Literacy Council, Alaska State Literacy Association, Advisory Board for Alaska Parenting, Alaska Department of Education and Early Development Tech Plan Committee and Northwest Educational Technology Consortium (NETC) /Northwest Regional Education Lab (NWREL)-K12 Online Teachers.
