GCI has designed the SchoolAccess services to maximize the benefits of the Universal Service Fund (USF) E-Rate program. Through this program, schools can receive a federal subsidy as high as 90% on eligible services. To help schools secure and retain E-rate funding, GCI employs a full-time USF expert to guide schools through the filing process and assist them in leveraging available benefits.
